Using our Juvino service is quick, easy and hassle free. Here is a simple tip to make your international call automatic without botheration of remembering our Juvino access numbers.
The trick is to add pause between access number and international number you wish to dial.
Let us guide you with the basic steps how to automate your call. Here is an example, if you wish to call your mother in India; you would need to carry out the following steps:
1. Create a new entry by name mother in your mobile phone book.
2. Enter the Juvino access number- 08448258986
3. Enter a pause. This can be done depending on your mobile brand:
On a Nokia Phones
: Step 1 Enter the appropriate Juvino access number.
Step 2 Press * 3 times to show a P (This will cause dialing to pause till you connect to us).
Step 3 Enter your destination number including the full international code
For Example: 08448250055 p 0044 XXX XXXX. Step4- Save it in the address book. On a Motorola or Sony Ericsson phones
Step 1 Enter the appropriate Juvino access number.
Step 2 Press and hold 0 to show p (This will cause dialing to pause till you connect to us).
Step 3 Enter your destination number including the full international code
For Example: 08448250055 p 0044 XXX XXXX. Step 4- Save it in the address book.
On a Siemens or Panasonic phones
Step 1 Enter the appropriate Juvino access number.
Step 2 Press and hold 0 to show + (This will cause dialing to pause till you connect to us).
Step 3 Enter your destination number including the full international code
For Example: 08448250055 p 0044 XXX XXXX.
Step 4- Save it in your phone book.
On a NEC and Samsung phones
Step 1 Enter the appropriate Juvino access number.
Step 2 Press and hold # to show p (This will cause dialing to pause till you connect to us).
Step 3 Enter your destination number including the full international code
For Example: 08448250055 p 0044 XXX XXXX.
Step 4- Save it in your phone book.
On a Blackberry
Step 1 Enter the appropriate Juvino access number.
Step 2 Press the N key or for the 7100 series press the L key to show a P (This will cause dialing to pause till you connect to us).
Step 3 Enter your destination number including the full international code
For Example: 08448250055 p 0044 XXX XXXX.
Step 4- Save it in your phone book
4. Enter now your international number including 00 and save.
5. Thats all! Next time you want to make call to your mother, find the entry listed mother in your mobile address book and dial.
